What this page covers

This notice describes how information is collected and used on go.artistickitchen.com, the site that hosts Artistic Kitchen’s advertising landing pages.

Our full privacy policy at artistickitchen.com governs how we handle your personal information generally, including your privacy rights, how long we keep information, and how to contact us. It applies to these pages too. The sections below add detail about the advertising and analytics services that run specifically here.

Information you give us

If you request a showroom visit or design session on one of these pages, the form asks for:

  • Your first name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • The ZIP code of the property you are planning work on, and your city
  • Where you are in your project, and anything you choose to tell us about it

We use this to contact you about your cabinetry project, to prepare for your showroom visit, and to keep a record of your enquiry in our customer relationship management system. Submitting the form means you agree to be contacted by phone, text, or email about your project. Message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Information collected automatically

When you visit these pages, we and our providers may record:

  • Your IP address, browser, and device type
  • Which pages you viewed, when, for how long, and how you moved through and interacted with the page
  • The web address that brought you here, including any advertising campaign tags and click identifiers appended to the link
  • Cookies and similar identifiers set by the services listed in the next section

Third-party services on these pages

These pages run the following third-party services. Each sets its own cookies or identifiers and handles your information under its own privacy policy:

  • Google Analytics and Google Ads — measures site traffic and which ads lead to enquiries. Google privacy policy
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel — measures which Meta ads lead to enquiries. Meta privacy policy
  • OpenAI advertising pixel — measures which ads shown in ChatGPT lead to enquiries. OpenAI privacy policy
  • Microsoft Clarity — records how visitors use the page, including a replay of mouse movement, scrolling, and clicks, so we can improve the page. Microsoft privacy statement
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — checks that form submissions come from a person rather than an automated script. Cloudflare privacy policy

The site is hosted by Vercel, our customer relationship management system is provided by HighLevel, and we use Supabase to keep technical logs of the events described below. These providers process information on our behalf.

What we send to advertising platforms when you submit the form

So that we can tell which ads actually produce enquiries, our server sends a record of your submission to the advertising platforms below. This happens in addition to the pixels described above.

  • Meta Conversions API. We send your email address, phone number, first name, ZIP code, city, state, and country as irreversible SHA-256 hashes rather than as readable text. We also send your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string, and Meta’s own advertising cookies, which are not hashed.
  • OpenAI Conversions API. We send your email address as an irreversible SHA-256 hash. Your ZIP code is sent as entered, and is not hashed.

Hashing is a one-way transformation: it lets a platform recognise a match it already holds without our sending your details in readable form. It is not the same as anonymising the information, and these transfers may count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising under California law. See your choices below.

Your choices

  • Ask us directly. California residents have the right to access or delete their personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. If you are in the EU or EEA, you have rights of access, correction, deletion, and objection. To exercise any of these, email info@artistickitchen.com. These rights and how we handle requests are set out in our full privacy policy.
  • Control cookies in your browser. Most browsers let you refuse cookies or warn you before one is set. Parts of the site may not work if you block them.
  • Opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
  • Opt out of Microsoft Clarity and other Microsoft advertising using Microsoft’s opt-out page.
  • Adjust ad personalisation in your Google Ad Center and your Meta ad preferences.
  • Stop text messages by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance.
